AIS achieves outstanding performance in 3Q23 with robust growth in Mobile, Fixed Broadband, and Enterprise Business. The 9M23 revenue recorded Bt 137,555 mn, growing 0.6% YoY

     AIS disclosed its operating performance for the first nine months of 2023, recording a total revenues of Bt 137,555mn, growing 0.6%YoY and net profit of Bt 22,084 mn, growing 18% YoY showcasing a robust growth across all business segments, and with 5G subscribers at 8.5 Million or54% YoY growth. AIS Fibre continued its growth with excellent result, clocking the subscribers over 2.38 million households. Enterprise business driving robust growth of 14% from delivering innovative ICT, Cloud and Data Center solutions matching enterprises and SMEs’ needs. AISmaintains theintention to invest to strengthen the network infrastructure with annual planned CAPEX of Bt 27 – 30 bn to elevate digital experiences for Thais and achieve the vision of Cognitive Tech-Co.

     For the 3rd quarter of 2023, AIS recorded a total revenue of Bt 46,069mn, declined 0.4% YoY, but growing 2.9% QoQ. The net profit achieved Bt8,146 mn, a robust growth at 35% YoY, and 13% QoQ. EBITDA was at Bt 23,674 mn, growing 7.2% YoY. The first nine months provided an excellent result with a total revenue of Bt 137,555 mn, growing 0.6% YoY, and a net profit of Bt 22,084 mn, growing 18% YoY. The operating results by business segment are as follows:

      • Mobile service revenues increased by 0.7% YoY, with 5G subscribers exceeding 8.5 million, representing a remarkable 54% growth YoY. AIS 5G network maintains its No 1 status as the fastest and most reliable network in Thailand according to Ookla®, a global internet speed testing service.
      • Fixed broadband demonstrated a strong revenue growth of 19% YoY and consistent expansion of 5.8% QoQ. AIS Fibre’s distinctive quality in network infrastructure and enhanced service delivery designed to cater to various lifestyles under the ‘Digital Experience for Thais’, broadened the broadband subscribers by 52,000 from the previous quarter, giving a total customer base of 2.38 million.
      • Enterprise and other business grew 20% YoY and 14% QoQ. AIS’s commitment to a robust digital infrastructure for mutual growth while providing digital solutions and services such as ICT, Cloud, and Data Center has successfully connected customers in key industries with solutions including Smart Manufacturing, Smart Property & Retail, and Smart Transportation & Logistics.
